NOW HIRING: Maintenance (Full-Time) & Landscaping (Part-Time) Team Members
 
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team in Maintenance and Grounds & Landscaping roles. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining facilities and outdoor spaces, and want to be part of a hardworking team — we want to hear from you!
 
Maintenance Position (Full-Time)
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Performing building and facility repairs (carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.)
  • Maintaining roadways, drainage systems, and shoreline areas
  • Operating and servicing equipment and vehicles
  • Ensuring safe and efficient operations across District properties
  • Occasionally assisting with groundskeeping and landscaping duties as needed
 
 
Grounds & Landscaping Position (Part-Time)
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining lawns, open spaces, and landscaped areas
  • Mowing, trimming, planting, and vegetation control
  • Operating landscaping equipment and tools
  • Keeping properties clean, safe, and visually appealing
  • Occasionally assisting with maintenance duties as needed
 
Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
 
Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Relevant experience (maintenance trades or landscaping preferred)
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely
  • Physically capable of outdoor work in varying conditions
  • Valid driver’s license required

 
Additional Requirements:
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • TWIC card required
