Position overview: The Program Director is responsible for overseeing all operations of the ABISPI incubator program. Primary focuses include providing support for the artists, hosting events, and marketing.


In Store:

  • Welcome customers / Introduction to Artists 

  • Operate Point of Sale System

  • Organize / Display Artwork

  • Price Artwork


  • Maintain Online Inventory – description, photo, price, etc. online store

  • Social Media Posting – Facebook, Instagram, Etc.

  • Email Marketing


  • Calculate Commissions on Art Sales and Event Sales

  • Calculate Monthly Artist Stipend and Supply Stipend

  • Manage gallery business accounts and pay bills

  • Purchase general supplies for gallery

  • Report financial expenditures to Ivan Narvaez – Gallery Accountant


  • Work with Toucan Graphics on promotional materials

  • Schedule and Print Monthly Event Calendar

  • Schedule Artist shifts

  • Coordinate Events

  • Meet / Interview prospective new artists

  • Report monthly gallery activity at monthly Board Meeting
