Maintenance Worker Needed

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation

Schedule: Full-time
