Sea Ranch Marina is a thriving full-service marina and dry-stack storage facility serving the lower Laguna Madre area. We cater to the fishing community and boating enthusiasts as well as provide land-based operations for local charter companies and retail businesses.
Position overview
The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The position offers a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities designed to support management, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and professional first impression of the company.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Dispatch forklift operators to launch and haul customers’ boats
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with data entry, and basic reporting tasks.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Ensure the office remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.
