We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. 

Real Estate Sales Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms 
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them 
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value 
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers 
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) 
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties 
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services 
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice

 

Qualifications 

  • Proven working experience as a Texas real estate agent or broker 
  • Proven track of successful sales record 
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills 
  • Pleasant and trustworthy 
  • Texas Real estate agent’s or broker’s license 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with a positive, professional real estate experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate, effective advice to clients. 
  • Excellent communication skills to understand client requirements, present property features, negotiate deals and close sales effectively. 
  • Strategic marketing skills to promote properties through various channels, including online platforms, open houses, and networking events. 
  • Highly developed negotiation skills to successfully broker deals between buyers and sellers, achieving the best possible outcome for both parties. 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and transactions simultaneously, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. 
  • Customer service skills to address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. 
  • Problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges that arise during the selling or buying process, providing viable solutions that meet client needs.
