Seeking experienced licensed contractor for 6-story condo brick façade project at Sea Vista Condos. Scope may include repairs or all new brick, sheathing, insulation, waterproofing. Multi-story work required. Looking for proposals and input on repair vs replacement. Contact Liz (Property Manager).
