Maintenance Worker Needed
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)Troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely mannerConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceMaintain cleanliness and safety of the property Requirements:Previous maintenance experience preferredBasic knowledge of tools and repair techniquesAbility to work independently and efficientlyStrong problem-solving
