In 1990, Wade Sales, joined the insurance agency after receiving his degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, Blake Sales, joined the agency two years later after receiving his degree in Finance from Stephen F. Ausitn University. A beautiful new office complex was built and completed in September, 2000. This location on Alton Gloor Blvd. in northern Brownsville became the new and present-day home for the agency.
A second location was opened in August, 2000, on N. 77 Sunshine Strip in Harlingen, Texas, which focused on the continually growing ''Winter Texan'' marketplace. In 2006, a third location was opened on South Padre Island, primarily to cater to the under-served local population under-served local population and the vacation businesses located on this island paradise.
