About Us

Brad in HR is a South Padre Island based human resources consulting practice founded by Brad Fitch, a Rio Grande Valley native with nearly 20 years of VP-level HR leadership across healthcare, behavioral health, hospitality, and nonprofit organizations.

I work with small and mid-sized businesses across the Valley who are handling HR on their own and need an experienced hand. Whether you have a compliance question, a difficult employee situation, need to build out your policies and handbooks, or want to put a real performance management system in place, I provide senior-level HR guidance without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Beyond HR consulting, I design and build custom web solutions and software platforms for local businesses. I have built a compliance-first HR management system, a commercial real estate lease abstraction tool, a saltwater fishing tournament management platform now deployed at the 45th Annual Ladies Kingfish Tournament, and an AI-powered manager coaching application.
