ER 24/7 Harlingen is designed to provide the same high-quality emergency care you expect from a hospital-based emergency room, often with shorter wait times. We accept EMS transport and work seamlessly with Valley Regional Medical Center to coordinate admissions when inpatient care is required. Patients who need hospitalization can be directly admitted to Valley Regional Medical Center or the hospital of their choice.
