Liam's Steak House & Oyster Bar is a fine dining on South Padre Island. It's the perfect place for an anniversary dinner or any kind of celebration. Enjoy delicious steak and seafood paired with fine wine and cap the night off with a dessert and a drink from our full bar. Alfonso Salazar, better known as “Dirty Al”, originally started shrimping as a young man with his father and 6 brothers. In 2003, he and his youngest son, Cameron, a Culinary School graduate, transformed his bait stand into a restaurant where together they have been known for having “The World’s Best Fried Shrimp”. They now own 5 restaurants on beautiful South Padre Island, 1 in Port Isabel and 1 in Brownsville, and continue to bring only the Best Gulf Seafood to each customer’s table.
