Seabreeze 1 beachfront condominiums is an intimate, six-story oceanfront condominium complex overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This quaint beachfront complex is a family oriented establishment that prides itself upon our tranquil, relaxing atmosphere and proximity to the beach. Seabreeze 1 offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom/bathroom condominiums for both short term and long term reservations. Each unit has a spacious living room, dinning area, full kitchen, and a large private balcony facing the ocean. Sorry, due to the nature of our complex, we do not accommodate Spring Breakers. We do, however, rent to families who may be vacationing during the spring months and are seeking a more peaceful atmosphere
