I'm Brad Fitch, and I've spent 20 years in HR leadership, including 11 years building HR for seasonal hospitality operations. I've hired executives, general managers, department heads, and the people who keep a business running when the owner isn't there. Now I'm doing that work for local businesses from South Padre Island to Harlingen.

This is boutique recruiting, built for one important hire at a time:

• The right roles. General managers, department heads, and executives.
• Local first. I start with candidates here in the Rio Grande Valley and widen the search, including relocation, when the role calls for it.
• The whole search. I write the role and the pay range, find and screen candidates, sit in on final interviews, check references, put the offer together, and plan the first week.
• A 90-day guarantee. If the hire doesn't work out within 90 days, I run the search again at no fee.
