Brownsville, TX — Moody Clinic is proud to announce the return of Ruby Barba’s The Benefit of Style, taking place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Brownsville Events Center. This signature fundraising event brings together fashion, creativity, and community support to benefit children with special needs receiving therapy services at Moody Clinic.

Now a highly anticipated annual tradition, The Benefit of Style showcases the talent of local and regional designers while creating meaningful opportunities for community members to support Moody Clinic’s mission. Guests will enjoy an evening of runway fashion, live entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and a raffle, all while helping provide life-changing therapy services to children throughout Cameron County.

One of the evening’s most inspiring moments will once again feature Moody Clinic patients participating in the runway show, highlighting the confidence, determination, and progress they achieve through therapy services.

“The Benefit of Style is more than a fashion show—it is a celebration of the children and families we serve,” said Jessica Cuevas, Chief Executive Officer of Moody Clinic. “Every ticket purchased, sponsorship secured, and donation made helps ensure that children with special needs have access to the specialized therapy services they need to thrive.”

The event continues to serve as one of Moody Clinic’s premier fundraisers, generating critical support for speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy programs. Funds raised help the organization provide affordable, high-quality rehabilitative services to children with special needs throughout Cameron County, regardless of a family's ability to pay.
