About Us
Our Mission:
It is our goal to preserve, protect, educate and ensure that the quality of life remains secure for all who adore, inhabit and enjoy South Padre Island. Our purpose is to preserve the environment and the parks of the island; to protect the interest of the property owners and visitors; to educate citizens; to promote a “family friendly” environment and economic growth; and to ensure due process is followed
Our Members:
Members include a diverse group of individuals and businesses who show their support while protecting the interests of all who love South Padre Island. It is not necessary to be a property owner to join POWC. As a member you will receive a monthly newsletter keeping you informed of SPI City news and updates from governmental meeting reports as well as upcoming events on the island. Our meetings are open to the public and we invite you to JOIN US, we also encourage you to join POWC- Our Strength Is Our Membership.
